Poll: Realistic art or Toony art
Do you like toony better then realistic? I'm asking since everyone is just now deciding that they don't like it.
If toony wins, then I will come up with a toony style and adapt. In all honestly toony would make things a lot easier once I got the style down. It would make drawing the nakey versions a lot easier, and maybe even allow it so i can add some side character sprites (each route has at least 1 - 2 side characters.)
Just say 1 for toony or 2 for realistic in the coments

Yes but for someone that creates content, I rely on the opinions and what people like. Sure I could make it realistic but then most people wouldn't have an interest in it, and first impressions are everything. It dosen't really matter tbh just saying it's weird
well I had no idea the VN was going to have a dark turn so if that's the case I definitely prefer realistic art

Doesnt the MC say at the start "this is how i died" or somthing along thoes lines, how could it not have a dark turn.
to be honest I thought this visual novel would be more like... extracurricular activities Halloween themed so to speak, I definitely wasn't expecting any dark turn . Except for the bullying and shit this visual novel starts way too cute so yeah... no dark turn expected from me

If this is old sprites vs new sprites i pick old sprites. Suppose its kinda like the sonic the hedgehog problem, it works wich the more cartoony style but when given too realistic features like human teeth it tends to look odd and makes people uncomfortable.
